Expensive shipping sucks! We got your back, Surfcasual is offering FREE USPS shipping on orders over $100 after tax (all included).

Please allow 2-3 business days for our warehouse to process your order. Shipping plus delivery normally takes an additional 3-5 business days to the US and Europe and 7-12 business days to Australia. All orders are being shipped from the US or EU.

Returns

Surfcasual will happily exchange or refund your item within a 31 day period from the day of receipt, provided the item and its packaging is in the original condition and not used. After the initial 31 day period from original receipt, we are unable to accept returns, even if the item was exchanged within this period. Shipping costs of returned items are non-refundable. Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Refunds go through the original payment source.

Wrong Or Defective

We highly encourage you, as the customer, to check that you have received the right product before accepting the delivery. If you’ve received the wrong item or if the product is damaged, please contact aloha@surfcasual.com right away so we may replace it for you.

How to Return a Product

All you need to do to return a product is contact our customer service support at this e-mail: aloha@surfcasual.com and we’ll take care of it. Once your return package is verified by the carrier, please allow 3-5 additional business days for your bank to process the return.
