SMS and PHONE NUMBER COLLECTION POLICY

Surfcasual collects phone numbers from customers during the checkout process and other points of interaction to send both transactional and marketing communications via SMS. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Surfcasual regarding your orders, abandoned carts, special offers, and other relevant updates.

USERS IN CALIFORNIA

In accordance with California’s “Shine the Light” law, Civil Code section 1798.83 which requires certain businesses to respond to requests from California customers asking about businesses’ practices related to disclosing personal information to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes, Surfcasual will honor all deletion requests for Personal Data that is considered sensitive or valuable.

  • You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us for the exercise of any privacy rights conferred by the CCPA, which means that we will not take any action to hurt or punish you for exercising your rights under the CCPA.
